We currently offer free shipping within a 5-mile radius of our physical store located at 180-03 Jamaica Ave, Jamaica, Queens, NY 11432.
*** We currently do not offer delivery outside this 5-mile radius.

Important Information customer should know:

1. ZVI S Furniture could change delivery date without prior notice.
2. Unpacked product will not be returned.
3. No return accepted without ZVI S authorisation.
4. 25% of subtotal will be charged for cancellation.
5. 10% of subtotal will be charged for exchange the order.
6. 20% of subtotal will be charged for exchange the delivery.
7. We deliver only, customer will responsible for taking inside.
8. Absolutely no guarantee on furniture.
9. We do not accept any complain after 48 hours.
