Welcome to ZVI S Furniture. By using our website (the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our Site or purchasing any products. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site immediately.

Important information the customer should know:

  1. ZVI S Furniture could change delivery date without prior notice.
  2. Unpacked product will not be returned.
  3. No return accepted without ZVI S authorisation.
  4. 25% of subtotal will be charged for cancellation.
  5. 10% of subtotal will be charged for exchange the order.
  6. 20% of subtotal will be charged for exchange the delivery.
  7. We deliver only, customer will responsible for taking inside.
  8. Absolutely no guarantee on furniture.
  9. We do not accept any complain after 48 hours.
